Since starting at Swagelok Kansas City in 2017, Caressa Marvel says she’s learned a lot about the customers and industries Swagelok serves. “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed getting to explore things that never crossed my mind before,” she said. “Researching both our products and the applications our customers use them for has been eye opening.”

Caressa says she’s excited to serve as Swagelok Kansas City’s marketing manager, as it allows her to engage with clients and learn about their needs. The ultimate goal, she says, is to help each customer find solutions that will take them where they want to go.

Internally, seeing how customer focused each associate is regardless of their face-to-face interaction with clients is one of her favorite parts of the job. “It’s lovely to come in to work and see how dedicated each person is to the details of their job,” she said. “When you see that kind of commitment to task and pride in service, it motivates you to learn and improve yourself every day.”
