To our valued customers,
Thank you for your business and the opportunity to serve you. This week, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the coronavirus (COVID-19) a global pandemic. In early January, Swagelok began monitoring the outbreak and its possible impact on our team members, operations, and communities.
Our goal is to do everything we can to help keep your operations up and running and to keep people safe during this evolving situation. We are committed to maintaining our high level of quality and service. To that end:
- We do not anticipate any disruption to our business. Due to our robust supply chain of products manufactured in the United States, and our strong inventory levels, we remain able to provide you with the products you need.
- We will continue to service Vendor-Managed Inventories (VMIs) and are happy to work with you on increasing stock levels to ensure you have the products you need on hand.
- Our fluid system experts are ready to support, troubleshoot and assist in application specification virtually via email, phone call or webinar during this process. When visiting our branch offices, our team members are available to help you as always.
- We have instituted a pandemic plan across our organization that includes health and safety protocols so we can best serve you. We are continuing to take guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding increased sanitization and contamination minimization.
If your company is restricting site access, contact us so we can determine how to best support your needs in the interim. If there is a preferred method that will help us support your team during this time, please let us know.
